Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing sales engineering support, technical support, customer service, and effective communication with customers. Key responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, responding to customer inquiries, collaborating with the sales team, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Sales engineering and technical support experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proven sales experience with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Experience in the material handling or electric mobility industry is an added advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
